In september 2008 Europcar has announced a strategic alliance with the n°1 US car rental company: Rent-a-car. Together they offer a fleet of over 1,2 millions vehicles available for rent in more than 13,000 agencies in 162 Countries. Doing so they became the largest car rental company in the world.
